Every experience I've had here is wonderful. The staff are professional, helpful and kind. They were great to work with while Insurance gave them the run around - they were more communicative than the insurance adjustor. They're my go-to place for all car-related issues.

Had a great experience here. Had a check engine light come on and the car start shaking, fortunately I was close by to this shop and they were still open until 7pm. They immediately helped me run a diagnostic and identified the issue as multiple cylinder misfires. They gave a fair estimate for the work and had it all completed by the very next day! Very professional service, Peter was a pleasure to work with. Would recommend!

This company was,referred to me by someone very disappointed i spoke with Pete not very friendly after 10 minutes he gave me a quote higher than it should of been.plus wanted a deposit told me he couldn't start on it until February 10. He acted like he didnt want to be bothered with doing work on my car.had to have my car towed 2nd time wasted my time.

I brought my car in for repairs paid approximately $800 for the work. While the repairs were so called completed, the experience was ultimately disappointing. Communication was limited for the first 48 hours and an associate name Peter expressed frustration with me when asked typical questions about my car. Given the outcome and my experience it did not feel worthwhile. The lack of customer service was very disappointing as I didn’t not feel like a valued customer. It wasn’t until I paid I received customer service ironically. I would suggest other nearby auto shops.

Fantastic customer service. I called them right before they closed and explained my car situation. The gentleman on the phone listened to me and asked me to bring my car in the next morning so I did. They listened to everything I said and fixed my issue and also noticed another minor issue with my car and quickly fixed it at no extra charge. Highly recommended

The owner is awesome, not only were they fast and efficient with my sons car repair, he went way above & beyond to help me with an issue with a Synchrony 0% card - highly recommend!! Also the shop is very nice/comfortable if you need to wait for anything.

So lucky I found these guys last night after 5:00. My brake line started leaking as I was leaving Aurora to drive home to Chicago. My car has a lot of rust underneath. A lot of shops probably wouldn't touch it. Other shops I called were too close to their closing. They got me fixed and back on the road and home. The price was very reasonable. And now this next morning I'm on the road towards my next service call instead of still needing a repair.

Our bmw timing chain broke, The job was a little More extensive than we all realized, but they stuck with it ,recently I asked my family member how the car ran. He said it’s never run better so kudos to this group of guys will go back.

Had an issue with the cats and these guys took care of it. They fixed everything up and did a solid job. Definitely recommend them.

I visited several auto shops! Belle Tire, Firestone, Discount Tire, and even Walmart (some not listed) seeking help with a stripped screw stuck in my rear license plate. Unfortunately, each place either turned me away because they were too busy or explained that they didn’t provide the service, as it could potentially cause more harm than good. After searching online, I found this shop and gave them a call. The gentleman I spoke with was very kind and asked me to bring my car in so he could take a look. As soon as I arrived, they pulled my car right in, quickly removed the screw, and even offered to install my new plates at no cost. When I offered to leave a tip, they politely declined. I truly appreciate their professionalism, hospitality, and genuine care for their customers. I will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend their services.

The days of Jim and then Todd are gone but dont be fooled with these young'ens they get the job done on cost and are very professional. PM will be my go to from here on out

PM Autocare is amazing and hobest- and fairly priced! I went to them, after searching for a new car care business- and here what happened. I was told by a Naperville auto dealership that I needed new front brakes and rotors, and the dealer price was twice as much as PM Autocare. I was nervous to try a new place and told that to Max when I arrived. He said he would take good care of my car. After 20 minutes, Max came out and told me he wanted to show me something… I thought uh-oh…. Max showed me my front brakes and rotors and that I did NOT need them. That is amazing, and unheard of in today’s economy. I feel so fortunate to have found a new, honest and amazing auto care shop! As a single woman, I have been told false work is needed on my car. I’m so glad I trusted the reviews for PM Autocare or I would have spent a lot of money for something unnecessary. PM Autocare is a gem, and Max could not be any more upstanding or honest!

Great service! Brought a car in for a prepurchase inspection. They took me back and showed me exactly all of the issues what they found as well as their opinion on how important each one was. Even after I left, I called and asked them for an estimate for all the issues and they obliged with no problem and very quickly. Highly recommend.

Great guys here, easy to deal with, Max spoke to me about my request and figured out an agreed upon quote and scheduled me and installed my aftermarket exhaust and brakes and communicated with me if there was an issue. Ok, first off, this place is so amazing..the staff is very forward and honest . Had my car towed there due to the fact it just died while driving,so I naturally had to call for a tow . Had it looked at today and was told my car ran out of gas due to the Guage being incorrect . Gas was added, and the car started. I was given a few options as to how we can solve this issue. So, for that kind of honesty, it is greatly appreciated and respected. Someone else could have seen the perfect opportunity to take advantage of this situation, but these guys really know their stuff . Thank you, guys, for being here for us

I live 3 minutes from this place. I was told by Honda that my front stabilizer links needed replaced and they wanted almost $700 For something that should only take 1.5 hours. That was insane to me. I called this place and Max was super helpful over the phone. He gave me a quote. I took my car in and he looked it over. He told me that he didn’t find anything else that needed done. (Honesty) and it took him exactly an hour and a half like he said it would, and he charged me exactly what he told me over the phone. (No surprises) it was much cheaper than Honda. Max was, professional, honest, and did a great job. I will be coming back for any work I need done, in the future. Highly recommend.

The guys here are amazing! Not only are the the prices very reasonable compared to other places I have been to, they make you feel included in the service. They tell you exactly what's going on in a simple way you can understand if you are not familiar with cars. If you are looking for reliable mechanics that are not going to try and oversell you this is the place!
